Your body needs relaxation and recreation after a day in the mountains. Especially in winter also warmth. Enjoy our Finnish sauna in the modern equipped wellness area. After an infusion, activate your immune system and find the necessary cooling down under the experience shower.

For those who prefer it not quite so hot, the infrared cabin or the sanarium are just the thing. You will find space for a little nap or to finally read a good book on our sun terrace or in the relaxation room.

We offer the following wellness and spa facilities at the Ski and Active Hotel Residenz Hochalm:

  • Organic herbal sauna, sanarium, Finnish sauna, infrared cabin and relaxation area (3:30 - 7:30 pm in winter and 4:00 - 7:00 pm in summer)
  • Experience shower
  • Fruit, fresh mountain spring and wellness water and tea daily
  • Cuddly soft bathrobe and slippers for hire
  • Extra towels

Our Wellness Suite

A special wellness highlight is our wellness suite "Auszeit" with 100 m², which brings the luxury of relaxation directly into your room. With an extra-large bathroom, free-standing bathtub and its own infrared cabins, the suite offers plenty of space for a very special holiday experience.
