Cancellation Policy Summer 2024
With your direct booking you are guaranteed to be in good hands with us. This booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before arrival. If there are travel restrictions at the time of your travel period you can convert a deposit that has already been paid into a credit, rebook or cancel free of charge until the day of your arrival.
- Until 14 days before arrival is free of charge
- Until 13 days before arrival we will charge 30% of the total amount of the stay
- Until 10 days before arrival we will charge 70% of the total amount of the stay
- Until 7 days before arrival we will charge 90% of the total amount of the stay
- Subsequent changes and cancellations as well as 'no-shows': The total amount will be charged
Regulare Cancellation Policy
- Changes / cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: exempt from charges.
- Changes / cancellations up to 21 days before arrival: 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
- Changes / cancellations up to 14 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking price will be charged.
- Changes / cancellations up to 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total booking price will be charged.
- Subsequent changes and cancellations as well as 'no-shows': The total amount will be charged.
Travel Insurance
To protect yourself from cancellation costs, we recommend taking out a holiday travel insurance!
Cancellation coverage even in the pandemic situation of COVID-19 by the "Europäische Reiseversicherung" in the case of Covid-19 disease.
